Hi All,
First time I've ever covered a game was really good fun, some of those boys can hit :eek:

I feel I struggled with the 70-200, I could have use my 50-500 but one of My class mates had borrowed it. I'm really wanting a 300/400 2.8 at the moment :nuts:

Nice crisp images and you got some good close shots there. You could always put a x2 on the 70-200 and still maintain AF, although f5.6 would be max aperture...Ian (Ex player)

Those linesman are pretty small. But you did an excellent job with the pics!

Nice work Ally.

A couple of tips.

1. Straighten the horizons in CS2 using abitary straigten. It will elevate the overall look and feel of your images.

2. Get some nice close ups of players as wide open (F2.8 etc) as you can, as you can get some lovely effective bokeh with players in the background. Remember that in sport sometime the less is more shots tell the story better.

Nice one and continual improvement evident.

Thanks for the comments guys :thumbs: I'm looking forward to possibly getting to use the 50-500 next time?
