Hey guys!

Recently My mum gave me my grandads old Microflex twin lens camera. She told me that the shutter was jammed. I had it apart to see if I could free up the shutter and was very disappointed to discover that the mirror is also broken. :(

I reckon it dates from around 1958-1960. and may be rare-ish according to this page http://www.mppusers.freeuk.com/twinlens.htm (down the bottom) Doesn't mean it has any value mind but to a collector who know?

Actually there's a fair bit of info on the net if you google for microflex tlr

If it were me - I'd hang on to it for it's nostalgic provenance! You don't get that many grandads!

It does hold some sentimental value, but I would rather see it go to someone who will use and appreciate it.
