Well, today I decided to take a step back in time, ish. When it was first released it cost me an arm and leg and today it cost me a merge £109. It should be here tomorrow with a Nikkor 50mm F/1.8 AFD. Yes ladies and gentlemen you have probably sussed it, I have decided to have a film weekend! I have gone ahead and purchased a, wait for it,... wait,...

Nikon F80 Silver! (http://nikonimaging.com/global/products/filmcamera/slr/2000-2004/f80/index.htm)

But thats not it, notch a friend from work has loaned me his Nikon D100. Thankfully, after a week of panic I have the equipment to take advantage of this weekends airshow, fun run and sports day :-)

Fingers crossed my mechanical failures are done and dusted.

King.

Boxes D200 up and sends to Fixation for overhaul.

My 35mm canera is an F80, and it has served me well.
I got fed up with the silly CR2 or whatever they are batteries, though - so got the MB-16 grip, which changes it to the much more sensible AA's.

The F80 was a cracking camera! :)

Damn it, wish I hadn't sold mine now. Specially as I want to get back into film. :(
