Went for a walk on the hill this mornig This doe was lying in the sun. When I knelt down behind a fallen root, my knee gave a loud crack & I had only time for this before it was off. I was also upwind of her which did not help.
Yes I had a shower this morning Janice :razz:

I had a little play in Photoshop sawman, hope you dont mind.

not brilliant, but got rid of the tree root for you could do better if necessary! (sounds like my school report!!)

Thanks Janice Yer a pal. I just wanted to put it on as shot so that hopefully when the members read the story about my old knee they would get a wee laugh. I would not have had the patience to do what you have done on Photoshop.
dunedin. It just is not my day. Was back up in the wood in a big old ditch when I saw up the hill two deer coming down the hill & running into the Birches where I was. One, a young buck stopped behind a big blown Larch so all I could see was his head & neck caught in the sunshine. He would have been about 15mts from me & just stood looking where he had just come from. After a few moments an older buck came charging through the wood straight for my young buck. He took off. Camera was at home! Think I will sell it!

If it was to easy be no fun, just being out there and seeing them is worth the effort, the old ticker goes quite a bit faster and you just hope they stop in right area, mind you a wee cough is a great stopper sometimes. Well done anyway.

You know your Roe. Many times I have "squeaked" them to make them look up. I was only kidding about selling the gear. Sometimes it is just enough to be there in their world without thinking about taking pics
