Elements v CS2

I used a copy of CS2 on my PC before I made the switch to Mac. Does Elements do all the basic editing stuff (Levels, sharpening, Noise Ninja add-in) that CS2 does? I am trying to decide what editing package to buy.

i use elements at work, its ok, but if your used to cs2 you will find it a little frustrating sometimes, though it is very capable
