I went along to watch my nephew play in his last football match of the season today, I don't think i've ever had to take photos in such difficult conditions :eek:
He plays for a local under under 15's side, and today they used Chester City's ground.
Big pitch and small lads make for distant images :shake: and then to make things worse the heavens opened up.

taking photos at distance in the rain has the nasty effect of making things look soft.
I also found that 200mm + a 1.4x convertor isn't big enough.......i need a BIG lens now :thumbs:
