Lo all,
been playing with Flash as a secondary light source to the sun (guess this is fill flash non?) Unfortunately I have to have my flashgun on the camera, don't have any way of remote triggering it.
Not to worry though; I positioned myself 45-90 degrees from the sun to take these. I'm still using my Sigma 70-300 because my 18-200 is in Cornwall and I'm in Bournemouth :'(
Anyway here's my experiments:

Any advice or tips? I'll be the first to admit it's not the most interesting of subjects. I blurred the foreground in Photoshop because I could only stop to f 5.4 and I wanted less DOF than that.
