I had to crop out a significant amount of this pic - some distracting stuff on the right and left - but I think it's a reasonable composition.

I like it! Nice and simple. Good conversion, too. Was the noise there, or did you add that? I think it works really well :D

Lose that sky, though. There's loads of sky that isn't really doing anything for the pic IMO.

I had to crop the pic a lot to get 'busy' stuff out that detracted from the pic, so it's quite small now, which is why I left most of the sky in >.< The grain was part of the transformation - I didn't add it in but the technique I'm using in Photoshop now sometimes gives a grainy effect. I 'desaturate' then open the curves tool, select options, and 'enhance for mono'. It does good stuff!
