It's a seriously good lens. Ben has mine these days as I now have the 70-200mm L and he has probably used the macro switch on it more than I ever did!
You've got this shot nice and sharp - was that using a tripod? If handheld then you've done astonishingly well - it's not an easy lens to handhold for close-up work. If I had to find a critique point then I would say that there are just a few highlights blown on the closest petals.
Nice sharp & interesting abstract style macro that is, the background is excellent too :thumbs:
