well jojo after your comment's ive tried my best ive never worked with layers before,ive followed a tutorial that a member did for me,i wont mention names,but please be critical because i want to learn ,thank you here is the result

Beautiful clouds you have there, but you seem to have lost a lot of the detail in the land section. :shrug:

On a personal note, you brought back some sweet memories for me with this shot :love:

Images such as this need an ND grad filter to hold back the bright sky and allow the foreground to be properly exposed.

Quick & dirty edit - Two copy layers of background. One set to screen for wooded areas (use mask) and another set to multiply for cloud definition (again layer mask).
