I went to last years event. On the beach near to the leisure centre. Loads of kites, some small some MASSIVE and others that are so high they just look small.
The event last year was on one of the weekends of the summer that didn't have sunshine :razz: Rather dull and uninspiring - hopefully this year things will be better weather wise. Take a look at the link for other kite festivals around the UK.
