I appreciate some might consider these a little OTT but I like it that way sometimes :p
Cheers,

First one is my favourite :D Looks like there's been a tiny bit of camera shake while taking the exposures, but it's produced a really surreal and cool effect.
How could anyone loath HDR?

Another Middle Earth thread - very nice images - number 3 wins for me.
Not too over the top imho. But then again I loooove HDR! :D

First 3 are great - no 4 not so - the halo's a bit off putting and the vignette doesn't work so well. But generally, I really like them

With ease!
But not here. Too often I wish I could see what a shot looked like before, but I do not have that feeling with this set and appreciate the extra detail HDR has added to them. They just look more natural.
Really like the colours in the sky of number 2 and the feeling of depth in number 3. You can imagine the crispness in the air.
Very nice collection.
Michael.
Thats it! /deletes hdr guide and moves to New Zealand. Stunning stuff dude.
Thanks a lot all the comments and bigging up. Don't do that Pete, you continue to be an inspiration :)

Excellent results, HDR just seems to get better and better with each person posting them.
Stunning shots in my humble opinion. Especially like solitude of #4.

They all seem a tad dark to me or is it my monitor? I like them Mohain, but not the HDR bit, these shos taken with filters would of impressed the hell out of me :)
Wow! very nice!!!
1 & 3 for me, 1st being my absolute fave ... I keep expecting to see a couple of faeries hiding amongst the buttercups.
Beautiful!
Love 1 and 2 - HDR is sure becoming popular.

Absolutely stunning, and great use of HDR, foreground is perfectly exposed.

Cheers,
Mohain
Just came back to look at these again. They rock :D
What software do you use? I tried HDR once with the trial version of photomatix but was unable to do anything very effective
Photomatix ;)
Check out Petemc's guide in the 'Tutorials and Guides' section.

As Mohain says use pete's guide, just mess around with the settings you will soon get a feel for what works and what doesn't and then go from there :)
