Hello
Im Chris from West Sussex, a Firefighter by trade.
Been into photography since about 17 years old when I bought an EOS film SLR until it got stolen.
Got a fuji 4700 zoom compact soon after digital became mainstream and then decided about a year ago to take the SLR plunge once more and get back into photography so I now have a 350D.
My excuse was a baby on the way and now hes just turned 1 I have thousands of pics of him!
Wish I had more money for better lenses but for now will have to live with kit lens, a tamron 70-300 and the "nifty fifty".
Have had my eye on a sigma 24-135mm f2.8 to replace the kit lens but will have to see.
I generally like photographing people, and also would like to get into macro.
I use the camera at work quite often as we get quite a few photo opportunities!
I have limited knowledge but am keen to learn more, I seem to have an annoying trait that I never learn as much about a particular thing as I could. "Jack of all trades,master of none" is the phrase I use for myself.
I have PS CS and hardly know how to use it.
