Can I ask what settings and equipment you used, say for the 1st pic?
Did you pre-focus, and/or track the rider?
Did you use continuous mode, and if so, how many frames did you shoot?
I'd love to go over and have a try of doing something like this. :)

These are relly great, I've not tried bike shots myself but looks tricky, might head over to Knockhill for the superbikes and have a go.
