Took this pic yesterday as i'm in plymouth with some friends for the week.

Need some C&C on this please as the scenery around here is too good to miss out on. Think there's alot of room for improvement but i need all your advice.

Thanks in advance.

Better shrink it down a bit, the pixel police will be after ya!

That said, I like it. The rock in the foreground is nice and sharp. Looks like the light was against you on the day, as the background's quite dark and the water's ever so slightly blown in the centre. If you've got the RAW, then a little HDR could be on the cards to bring out the colour in the leafy trees a little more?

Going on the version shown here, the shadows are grossly under-exposed to the extent that you wont recover any detail. Your only real hope with this shot is that the original file (hopefully RAW) might yield more leeway.

Needs some curve enhancement for the shadows. Also try some local contrast enhancement (http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/local-contrast-enhancement.htm) to pick this shot up.

Composition good so worth some extra PP time.
