Just bought a new EOS400D so I thought I'd snap a few planes at my local airport. They're not great but I like them :)

The lines at the bottom of this picture are telegraph lines.

A bit under-exposed but I likeed the prop blur :)

No.2 for me and :welcome: from The Ancient and Historic Borough of Carrickfergus By The Sea (To give it it's full title)
There will soon be enough of us to go "shoot" Belfast or similar

Regards
David.

Ask someone nicely and they might take out the wires in No.2 ( I can't do it yet before you ask)

the first hsot is pretty good. The last though i think could have been better, instead of having the plane in the centre of the shot maybe it would have been good to have it in the bottom third. Take a look at the "Rule OF Thirds" thread for info ;).

Many thanks for the welcome and all the comments :)

and yet I like the wires in the photo. I think it gives it a sense of 'closeness' (if that's even a word) :)
