Cry for help
I know that there are a lot of air show / aircraft enthusiasts here, and most if not all of you will be familiar with the Vulcan to the sky trust which is doing it's level best to get XH558 back where she belongs.
As a boy and beyond the Avro Vulcan has always been my favorite of all the post WWII aircraft, the size, the noise and the shear power are enough to make you tremble and I like so many other air craft fans can't wait to see one in the skies once again.
Here's the plea......
IF you are interested in seeing one of the most awe inspiring planes fly again please visit the Vulcan to the sky website and possibly leave a donation to the fund if you can afford it, if you can't, take a few minutes to look round the site and see what a beautiful piece of aero engineering she is.
This is not a TP endorsed donation drive, it's simply me asking fellow enthusiasts to take five minutes out of your busy lives and look back on some of your recent history.
Who knows, we could maybe get together and have a TP meet at an airshow and get some great images of one of the cold war's largest names.
Please click HERE (http://www.tvoc.co.uk/default.asp#) to go to the Vulcan to the sky trust website.
If your not interested, I apologise for wasting your time. :'(
