View Full Version : Cotswold Wildlife Park meet.
Having had plans thwarted for a while trying to meet up with Richard aka (Lost), we now have a free date. We decided to make it the Cotswold Park on 10/10/10. Also invited of coarse, are any other fellow togs "I think there might be a couple of them lying around the never ending corridors of TP :D
This will take place between myself and Richard come rain or shine :gag:
So a suggested meeting up time will be 10.00am, for admission around 10.30. Well guy`s that is about it really, look forward to meeting at least two more of you :lol:
Please add any other sugesstions, like we all bring a bottle of Pimms :nuts:

No probs Les, I will do a total up of numbers the night before just to get a rough estimate on the day.

Yep, the car park is inside the park, and is split both sides of the drive, best place to meet would be outside the shop area, there are some seats etc, and cant miss seeing it from the Car Park,
Was thinking last night, as I don't know what I am working may book a days leave if I can, as would be good to come along :D
Will do my best to come along if I can rearrange my diary.
Well we got enough for a Tea party at least :)
:naughty: I reckon we all should wear red tee shirts just for Rich being as he as organized this, rumour has it he likes Red Breasted subjects :lol:

Just to say that I will be taking the Minibus up there, so if there are any people in the area that would like to tag along rather than taking their motor then I suggest meeting up at junction 18. I have 7 spaces available so it will be first come basis really, PM me if interested.

Well thought I would let you all know, been over today, and have noticed that the Amur leopard enclosure has a different sign on it, looks to now be the home of the Clouded Leopard's that where expected to take her place, for those that remember my thread earlier this year, the male Amur leopard had to be put to sleep, which left his daughter on her own in the enclosure, I was told earlier in the year that as the Amur leopard is becoming quite rare and not to easy to get a replacement, that she would be moved to a of show park to live, and that the Clouded would replace here, did not see them today, but you never know we may be lucky on Sunday ;)

damn really sorry to be missing on sunday as cloudeds (together with snows) are my favorite leopards.. hope the amur has gone on a breeding programme as there are only about 35 of them left in the wild (about 300 in captivity i think)
