How do I archive in the FS forum?

Trying to put an item up for sale but says I need to archive other ones first.

any idea?

In the thread itself at the top, select 'Thread Tools', 'Archive Thread' then 'Perform action'

they are months months months old....not a clue what the titles were, is there an easy way to find my posts since I joined or in the last so many months? Everything is deleted from my subscription

Go onto 'advanced search', then on the right search for 'posts by user' (type your username in), then further down chose to only search in the 'for sale' forums!
