Light stand recommendations?

I need a light stand for supporting a single speedlight and radio trigger. Needs to be no more than 15" when collapsed, ideally not much more than 700g in weight. Extending up to about 35-40". Preferably fairly good build quality - all I have at the moment is an old cheap tripod that isn't really ideal.

Anyone got any recommendations? I'll spend up to about £20.

There's a manfrotto mini stand that sounds about the right size but I doubt it'll be in budget. Best bet is ebay I guess. I got some full size ones from tecno.co.uk for £9 each whcih is cheaper than anything on ebay.
