I quite like it too- almost like an ink drawing with the limited amount of tones. The softe edges suit it. Well done! :)

I really like this. The path leads the eye into the shot nicely, the mono suits the shot, as does the frame and soft edge. I'd happily have this hanging on my wall. It has a very nostalgic feel to it.

Lovely shot but does not need the "thingy-me-bob" interesting though it is. For me two photographs. One of the trees. One of the "thingy"

As this is the in depth section I will give you my honest first impression comment:

Very nice shot and I agree with most of what has been said with one reservation - I would have preferred to see a tad more foreground.

This limited foreground IMHO removes all context between the chair and the path. Makes the chair appear a bit like a P/S trick added in later.

defo not a ps trick! im not that good lol, i cropped the pic along the bottom and rhs. i could put a bit back and see what it looks like
