Gentle Giant

Taken yesterday London zoo at the new Gorilla Kingdom. This female called Effie was behind a two sided glass enclourse so conditions were difficult.
Not sure about the sort of halo on top of her head it was there before sharpening, could be something to do with the glass. The softness around the mouth area was deliberate as I wanted that sense of movement instead of the animal being to static.

What do you mean by deliberate? I like the shot but the lower lip does look a bit odd....

Looking again at it Robert, the lower lip is a bit worse than I thought, are well back to the other images.
Without the lip problem your other thoughts about the image please
