Couple i took this morning any comments welcome..

Well done! The only thing I'd say about these two is they're both a little central in the frame. Try a different crop - unless they're full frame of course. :)

i did a little less pp on this as im not sure about the other two any thoughts

That's better framing Dave. I prefer the colour in the first two as being more representative of the colours in starling feathers.They're possibly a little too saturated, but it's largely a matter of taste. I tend to keep an eye out for the greens looking a bit 'Amazon rain forest' which is often a good indication.
My preference would be for something like this...

If it's shot in RAW I'd go back to the RAW file and see if you can just reduce those highlights a little. :)

I like the one with less PP, the first two feel a little harsh ( I know it's always difficult getting the right balance with dark feathers)
