View Full Version : Wren.
This one has driven me daft all afternoon -steadfastly refusing to land anywhere remotely photogenic or to stick that tail up in a classic pose. :bang:

Well seems he finally obliged. Nice shot but I must say not the prettiest of birds (but then the same is said of me)
Just glorious, what a great catch.
Nice shot that CT, detail, exposure, focus, etc.. is, as always, spot on, wish my bird shots turned out that well
Claw is a little too close to the base of the frame IMO but I'm guessing it was that way for a reason due to the perch.
Like it! Worth an afternoon's work :D
I kinda think the massive white border spoils the shot, but is a matter of opinion I guess
Yes - probably cropped a little close at the bottom, but he was perched on a garage facia board, and it's not the prettiest of perches.
...but I must say not the prettiest of birds ...
 You surprise me! One of my favourite birds.

Fair comment. I have very mixed feelings about putting any frame on a shot - gilding the lily and all that. ;)
not bad that mate..
as for the border  as said its a personal thing i like them.
