View Full Version : A slightly random photoshoot
A few friends of mine wanted to do a photoshoot for posters for a charity gig.
They had some rather strange idea's which didnt appear to have any particular underlying theme but they made some interesting pictures anyway!

I love the sky in that last one, and the composition. it would make a good poster too because there is plenty of space for the writing. The rest.. well, they're just a bit, um, wierd.
In order:
4,1 - the rest.
Overall

Love the processing in #4. The rest as inophoto said, are well, erm... weird.
Thanks for the comments, I knew when they asked me to take some photos the results were going to be strange. These are all taken on a main road into Enniskillen so we only had a window of about 15-20 seconds to take each shot on the road between the cars.
The red dress was bought in Morroco, the head-dress was bought in cambodia the other persons jacket was mine and I have no idea were the feathers came out off.

#4 for me too, very very good colouring on that, did you do that with filters or in PS
The colouring in #4 was done with filters in PS.

Another fan of number 4 here. Great processing and attention to colours!
The others may be a little weird, but the session looks like it was a laugh!
No4 is my fave too. Is that sky a PS action or did you use something like a tobacco filter?
for #4 i made a digital graduating nd by having a gradient on a overly layer then applied a sepia toned photo filter to the main image. I touched up with little bits of red to add some vibrance.
4 is great but would it have been better if you'd have moved them/yourself around a bit to have the clear skyline (just to the left of them now) behind the subjects?
I actually really like no.1, it's simple and it's daft but looks just great.

I like 4. The processing is pretty well suited to the shot.
P.S. Where the hell have you been mole? I've not seen you on irc for aaaaaaaaaaages :p
