Hi Greg, you're more than welcome to join me if I get any equestrian shows in the forthcoming months, I've been a tad busy at work and have been a bit slacking in arranging weekend events but I'm sure I'll have some soon.

Drop me a PM if you're interested.

Maybe extending on this idea: we could have a place (seperate forum or a thread) where professionals could post if they are happy to have a non professional come along with them on one of their shoots, then us non professionals could PM them to organise it. Kinda like a buddy system or mentor system or something.

glad this has cought on :) i think that would be a great idea donerboy... but i also think its important for the mentor to feel comfortable with the person there mentoring so, yeah, a seperate forum where it can be arranged and they can talk 2 each other would be good.

My advice is that you go along to the AOP on one of their show days, and hopefully they are giving out their book with the list of all their members. Then contact everyone on that list (that is in London).

It is mainly commercial photographers, and you need to prove 10 paid commissions to apply for membership, so you know they are all working photographers.
