hello, recently i have set up a small dark room in my mums bathroom (which she is not pleased about). Being pretty inexperienced at developing my own film, what is a nice CHEAP 35mm film to use? And more too the point where can i buy a load of it dirty cheap!? i've been using Ilford FP4, which im quite happy with - but being so poor i wanna save money where ever i can.....maybe darkroom printing is not the best of hobbies to take up for a broke student!

cheers

Depends what you consider cheap, but as pointed out by Grumpybadger, 7dayshop are about the best. They sell Ilford for about £1 a roll (or thereabouts).

Whereabouts in the country are you? I have a fridge full of out of date film which may still be ok to use (I've never developed it so I don't know!).
