Havnt done a landscape shot with my slr before so thought i would put the kit lens on and have ago should have used tripod really but to lazy lol

I like this one nice leading lines, and I like the framing of it, how did you do that?

Yep! Well nice, there's a very subtle criss-cross pattern goin on in the foreground with the light and the soil i think that looks really good! Or is it my eyes playing games?

Thanks sue. i used jpgcompressor for the frame never used it before you can add watermarks with it aswell i think this is the link to where i got it :thumbs:

oops forgot to say that it is in german, but once its installed you just change it to english, easy to do any probs give me a shout.:thumbs:
I prefer the crop. Only because I think I can see some lens flare in the bottom right of the original. Very nice shot eitehr way.
I like the first one best too :) Very dreamy, and I love that time of day :love:

Both are nice, but the crop just pips it for me.

Beautiful colours
First one for me, i like the lead in lines.
Its lovely. Im assuming you took this last July with the barley like that?

Original one for me too. Really good shot, Rich - good textures, foreground interest with the tractor tracks and wafting crop, strong lead-in lines and a moody sky. I'd happily have this on my wall :thumbs:
