Nice pics, nice composition on both. Would be tempted IMO to boost col sats 10 or 15%. Clouds are a little blown on #1 but thats would be me being hyper criticle. Like them both. (? where are they)

I really struggled with light the whole fortnight.
They are in the Arlberg region of Austria in the Tirol.

Nice shots but i think the sky in the 1st shot looks unnatural for some reason. Think you need a levels tweak on the sky or add some saturation to the blue sky. I think both would look realy great in Black and White.

Need to consider Grads, I am told they will help, just started using them myself so I'm no expert but worth a try as I was struggling with some of my skies. Ian

Hmm... nice composition and I know what people are saying about the use of Grads. But I really feel the first one is over-exposed. A grad would help immensely but with a shot like this it would look too artificial IMHO.

Nice shots, you've captured the "feel" of the Tirol really well. I'd be very pleased if they were mine :)
