..any good for £20 :gag: Lol. ... I bought one of these beasts yesterday from a junk market, possibly a waste of money …. Complete with power supply and leads ...and whay it works...flippin bright, and it will do continuous, well about 2/3 frames per sec which is continuous on my d70 ... tried that last night... now I'm blind. :D

... but I can't get it to do rear and front sync flash on the same frame, it'll do either the front or the rear but not both together :( ...guess I need TTL for that....does any one do a converter or something?

Anyhow ...tell us about this monstrosity please guys, how does it work? ..and that remote sensor meter thing that sits on the sync connector box thingy? ...anyone got a manual ...or a link to a manual?

Here is a link for an instruction manual but you have to pay for it unfortunately.

Hi, newbie to the forums here... actually only found you because I'm "Googling" for a PE-5650!!

I had one for many years, but due to a house fire I only have the flash gun on its own... no connectors, battery pack, etc.

I loved that old gun... worked with all my cameras, unlike modern guns that need special adaptors for every make and sometimes every model within a make.

If you ever want to sell it, let me know. I'll happily take it off your hands! :)
