Realtree Advantage Max 4 HD.

cheers
ive got the realtree advantage on the 600 mate but i think either is good, as it breaks up the outline
I don't think the birds really care :p
I went for the Forest Green Woodland -but take your pick. An old green welly sock pulled over the lens would do just as good a job I reckon, and be a darned sight cheaper. :D

I do a lot of carp fishing and they make the bivvys (fishing tents) in camo but depending on the time of year they stick out like a sore thumb, the plain green blends in much better all year round.
a darned sight cheaper. :D
doh!!!! :D

I've got Forest Green. Seems to work ok.
Problem with a welly sock is it isn't easy to access focus ring etc. As well as Lens Coat, worth checking out Kevin Keatley at www.wildlifewatchingsupplies.co.uk
I did enough shooting of the other sort stood in hedgerows etc wearing the your typical brown or green Barbour gear which was more than enough cammo, you often couldn't pick out other shooters against the background.
Obviously, white lenses are bad news and need covering , but the thing which birds will see is large areas of skin - your face and arms, they appear practically flourescant and shine as far as the birds are are concerned, so a hat pulled well down on your forehead is a big help. I can't be doing with face veils but again, they're a huge help.
Thanks for the replys guys will be checking them out
