That's a nice, different take on a field of these beauties........I always assumed they dropped their heads at night (a bit like Weed in Bill & Ben) so interesting to see them "wide awake". Lovely sky. Have a good holiday!

Having seen several pics of these fields full of golden-headed halos, Ive always wanted to see one in the flesh (or should that be petal) for myself.

Lovely processing ... the flash has ensured that even against a dramtic night sky the golden heads jump right out at you.
