That's very much like the West of Scotland today. Are you able to bring out the top right hand corner a bit?

Hope you don't mind but gave it a quick once over in PS - bit of curves to emphasise the shadows then a little burn in the two lower corners and a spot of lightening of the rocks in the immediate foreground.

I fancied seeing it in B&W and performed those steps on a desaturated version then decided not to go with it.

No problem with PS but I must say it looks a little on the dark side IMO but another interpritation. Thanks m8. :thumbs:

Great shot with interesting foreground, lines and atmosphere. :)

Original shot is beautiful. I like this a lot too though, but thats personal take on liking slightly darker shots.

I think if you could get somewhere inbe tween the original and re-worked it will sing.
I really like how you have used the lake to invite you through the image.
One small niggle is the frame, I find it just a tad heavy for the subject, perhaps a bit narrower ar a lighter colour?
