View Full Version : The sky at night
At approx 9.30 this evening this is how the sky in Telford looked just before a thunderstorm (still going on). These pics are unedited and I have not played with colour. This is how it looked! Really red.

wow - great colour - but they're a little soft, I think.
Ah - seen exif - 1/50sec exposure. Not so soft after all.
Good argument for buying a tripod :-)

Took me long enough to persuade wife a camera was a good investment cant splash out on accessories yet
Really lovely colours , reminds me of something out of one of them biblical films where the sky opens up.
Well done.

Nice shot, and amazing colours
7dayshop.com have cheapos for under £20. They're a bit plasticky but if you only use it occasionally then I don't think that's a problem. It's got the hanging hook on the centre column, and by god you need it lol! The camera will be ideal to add some extra weight.
