Just looking for something to add a bit further than the kit lens on my Pentax K100D and saw this http://www.jacobsdigital.co.uk/index.php?target=products&product_id=174261

Any thoughts on it for the price or any altnernatives.

Bargain - I just bought the GX-10 & twin lens kit, the 50-220 is excellent, especially for a kit lens !

Well at £54 del I thought it good value so I have ordered one , most other places show it about £100 more.

I know I cant expect a lot from the lens in this price range but read somewhere it was comparable to the Pentax 50-200 so taking a chance.

It's exactly the same lens as the Pentax - just has the Schneider name badge instead. Think you'll be pleasantly suprised

It is shown in Curry"s on line at £29.99 but no stock around this area.
