This guy is harmless to humans but deadly to insects

I like it! One quibble - I always thought daddy long legs were those flying insects with the long thin legs?

In England they are but in American and apparently Australia it is the spider. Confused the heck out of me when I first moved to England.

You took a nice pic there.
In the UK a spider much like that one is called 'The Harvester'. Smallish round body, about 5mm across. Very long, almost invisible legs and of course no wings... I'm not a 'nexpert' though.

Like the photo and composition/style is very good ... :thumbs: ... but would have preferred the b/g to be more uniform as it distracts a little imgo ... :shrug:
