Tripod question

What do you peeps recon the 190NAT and 141RCNAT tripod and head by manfrotto is like?

I know somebody who is selling theirs and I wonder what the kits like, he is also throwing in a 134 monopod.

Bought it of him any way.

I like nice and sturdy and not overly heavy and for £70 for everything not bad price, me thinks!!!
