A humorous entry on Scott Kelby's blog tells of how Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers slid in to him, breaking his monopod on the sidelines at Sundays NFL payoff game and the ensuing dialog that led to its replacement.

He's lucky his monopod didn't break Rodgers to be honest. Such a fragile little thing!

Thats why sports photographers need PLI (Public Liability Insurance), because if Rodgers had injured himself he could/would have sued Kelby for millions of $$$$$$, and PLI doesn't come cheap, lucky for me I'm covered by the club :)
