Hi Sunray,
Thanks for the info! I had looked on the Canon site but 'got lost' somewhere.
The pdf link I can't get to work. When I plug my camera into the computer it doesn't seem to connect at all. ie 'no camera found' comes up in zoombrowser. Not sure whats wrong, tried all the leads. Does this camera charge of the computer? If so thats not working either!
Cheers,
Dunc
try this link (beta00.c-wss.com/inc/servlet/wwux.wwuc.filedownload.servlet.WWUCDownloadFromAka maiServlet?absolutePath=/downloadFiles_inc/00107651EN0102/EOSDRXTi400DIM-EN.pdf) (http:http: in the original!!)
Is the software not multi-lingual? The Mac version certainly is.

Hi,
I have downloaded the software, English version, but I can't seem to get my computer to recognise that there is a camera attached. Worked ok with my G5. Alos found a PDF copy of the manual. Any ideas?

I've had the problem with the PC not talking to the camera. Not absolutely sure how I fixed it - it might have been a re-install of the software.
Tbh a card reader is a far better way of transferring pics anyway. The reader will just be another drive as far as your PC is concerned so you should be able to browse thumbnails and open files from your usual processing package.

Hi,
Managed to do it finally! Had to uninstall and reinstall but its doing odd things with the dates. Took a bunch of photos to experiment and zoombrowser has put them out of order with stuff I did in June! But at least its saving them!
Thanks to all for the suggestions and help!
