I'm no expert in mono work but for me these lack a degree of contrast.

I do like the alignment of cross and cross and also cross and door but in the first the farthest cross blends too much into the background. As to a degree does the first cross.

I like the subject matter, I do like graveyards and mono images but something in these lacks a little bit of punch for me.

Just my opinion of course!

Keep 'em coming though - wouldn't mind a peek at the colour versions if they're available.

1st one doesn't do anything for me, in fact the foreground stone looks camouflaged against the background and it makes it look badly photoshopped in.

Second one is better but there's something I can't quite put my finger on

Me neither but I do tend to agree. Second one is better though - perhaps a lower shooting angle :shrug:;)

Thanks for your replies, and i agree with the criticism. The rain was just starting to get hard and i didnt have much time to get any shots off :)
