Hope you don't mind me posting a link to a gallery.

I'm still learning so I know they will not be great, there are a selection of photo's mostly un edited since taking that I posted to test my gallery and would like some constructive criticism please. I probably have a couple of better photo's when edited but would still appreciate the feedback on these

P.S. I can't access the gallery from work as its blocked so when refering to a specific image if its not possible to post it here please describe it so I know which one you mean ...

In my "personal" (which doesn't mean much  ) opinion is that a couple of the yorkie images coud be better if you had got the whole of the dog (in one you've cut off his ears which spoils it), Although you could may be able to get away with cropping them in to make it a close (facial) portrait shot.

The amount of times I've taken good pictures of cats/dogs but they are ruined by the tail being cut off is unbelievable :bang:

I think you have a good eye for a picture the one looking through a doorway at the steps is a nice shot, I also like the self portrait/mirror reflection.

The yorkie ones were really hard as she is a lunatic and wouldn't sit still so really surprised I got them at all and the one of the steps unfortunately is the only one thats not mine, the better half took that one and she's a graphic designer so has a better eye...

I like the mirror one as I took it just for fun while getting the camera out although think the squint looks a little silly though.

Really appreciate the feedback, I'll try and get some more posted up from my collection and possibly try your suggestion of some cropping. Could also do with photoshoping her collar where she has chewed the end and it looks all tatty..
