Nice shots Mat ! the GT40 one is the one for me though ! Sharp and showing action as well ! nice car too :)
Bloody 'ell...they're good :thumb:
Yes, the sigma lens has come up trumps once more. :thumb:
Just goes to show that quality kit can make even the worst of us look good ;) (shouldn't that be the other way around) :p

LOL the 20D has helped me get lucky with some shots recently, so yeah quality kit can make the worst of us look good (sometimes) ! LOL
You've been copying Steve's technique for the first four images Matty (Obstructions across the drivers faces).
Great shots all round.:thumb:
It doesn't look like the guy in the last shot is enjoying himself.
thanks Guys, the guy in the yellow car didnt come past again, i think it was sick!
good work chap, nothing I can say in the way of constructive critiscism!
going to watch jousting today, some tips for that might be good!
Would like to try shooting cars or bikes at a track sometime but at the moment I think they'd be to fast for me. Great shots.
Nice work I like the first pic of the Cobra.
I am probably wrong but I would try and get more of a view of the drivers face without an obstruction, but this I think is personal preference

I wanted to do that, but more than most failed either due to the angle i was at or the distance, i needed to get right on the apex of the hairpin to get them but messed up the vast majority!
Ken i stood on the lead up to the hairpin, so they were going some when they got there but slowing, makes the shots look better!:D
