Hi all,

Just a quick post to introduce myself.

I'm from Birmingham UK, and am just waiting for my first Digital SLR to arrive, my father was a great lover of photography all his life,and i wished i would have taken some notice, but obviously the photography gene had not developed (excuse the pun) in me. However with one grandson here and another on the way i want to learn how to take some quality photos, I am currently using a coolpix 4300, which i am very pleased with. My other loves are walking and birdwatching with my poor wee wifey, oh and the dog. :) :)
