treated myself to a new camera

i've wanted one for ages, and bought myself a special treat

a Pentax K1000 - the film camera not digital

it's absolutely fantastic :)

i had one years ago, and silly me sold it and was immediately sorry to have done so :(

so i have been busy doing film shots on Canon A1, Olympus OM10, and Pentax K1000

Nice :D I've got an old Pentax film slr here somewhere. Its so odd to hold it and go "Oh yeah, you have to move this thing to wind the film on." I really quite miss doing that.

it's great - i used to shoot gigs on the OM10 with a power winder

it felt a bit strange after such a long time working in digital - but i was used to it in a few minutes :)
