Flowers from Ness Gardens

Hi,

Here are a couple I took on the weekend at Ness Gardens on the Wirral.

Dont know the flower, again forgot to take a photo of its name! Upped the saturatiojn slightly to get a little more pink.

This is the head of a HUGE thistle... Upped the saturation a lot to boost the colours.

What a pretty one the first is. Really sharp. :thumbs:

Great colours , I would have liked to have seen more of the thistle in the picture, but that's just my opinion :)

Second one might have worked as a really close up macro on those spikey bits but don't think it does like that.
