Love the second one Mitch. Like the lines on the petal, pollen on the bee... and most of all, the background.
Very good positioning to get the bee out the side on its own.
I like them both :)
Bits of the second one make me think you must have a dirty sensor ;)
:agree: I'd rotate the 1st pic 90degrees CCW though as I think it looks like it's been taken on it's side & also would try selective levels adjustment to help the 2nd image slightly as it's a tad dark.
Very nice images though, the colours in the 1st shot are excellent :thumbs:

I agree with Mike, even though knowing the way Buddleia grow that it probably was taken as is, I find Im leaning to the right to look at it... very pretty shot though, butterfly really pops. :thumbs:

Janice, that Bee had so much pollen on it i,m surprised it could fly
Robert, yes i can see dust now :eek:
Mike and Glo, that is how it was taken but will try a 90 degree turn and see what it looks like later.
Mike, will try levels for 2 also.
