Hi Folks, Any thoughts and suggestions welcome, I'll be back there at the end of the week, So would appreciate your input.
Weather was lousy, lots of fine drizzle getting on the lens, ruined lots of nice shots.

I reckon i should have given you the CP sooner, it would have helped that a lot, and the spray was bloomin awful lol
I think the waterfall is too central to the shot should be over to the right i think, i may be wrong as i am hopeless at landscape stuff so may pay to ignore me ;)
It needs a tweak in the levels too, its a bit too light or lacks contrast i cant explain what i mean to say properly.
Looks a little bit soft, but the place itself looks stunning. *Adds to the list of places to go once he gets his new Land Rover*

Looks a beautiful place. The amount of blurring on the water is just right for me, anf the browny tinge in the water really adds to the shot. Maybe a tweak of the saturation or boost the contrast as the background looks a little washed out, but then thinking about it, that could be down to the mist!

One of my favourite "secret places", a hidden gem in North Wales - it's actually one of the "7 wonders of Wales". I was hoping to keep it to myself :)
Here are a couple more shots to maybe give you an idea of other vantage points - also make sure you have a walk up the pathway to the far right of the waterfall, goes to Moel Sych & the rest of the Berwyn mountains (if you haven't tried it already of course)

I like the distant shots, Didn't think of that.
Anyway, Finaly managed to go back last week and it wasn't raining this time so....

Let me know what you think.
Not bad Dave, the colour balance seems off on them though ?

Hi,
They're nice shots - to be honest though I prefer the 1st one you posted, more detail/interest in the shot

You can also walk right to the very top of the waterfall if you follow the path up the right. It's about a 30 min walk but well worth it. I've photo's of my wife & son appearing to sit on the edge of the drop.
The view from the top down the valley is brilliant and there's several large rocks etc for interesting landscapes.
