Sad indeed. Tim Hetherington was very well known and on top of his game. War photographers and anyone who works in war zones know the risks. I have deep respect for the people who take these risks and run the gauntlet every day.

Yep most war photographers seem to want to "push it" and show what really happens, rather than some of the dumbed down news reports that we seem to get.

Even though they knew the risks, its awful to hear the news that nobody wanted to hear. These guys are way up there in my books, highest respects to them.
