This is the old copper mine at Amlwch on Anglsey . It really is some place (huge) took us 3 hrs to walk around and we didn't even go down in the bottom. The color of the rock is fantastic . This place is well worth a second visit (next time later in the evening with the shadows)

Some interesting shots & some great colours. I've done a fair bit of coastal walking around Amwlch but never ventured onto Parys mountain

Apparently in the 1800's it was the worlds largest copper provider - shame Amwlch has declined so much now though

Some nice shots in there! #8 is a good one as having the other tog on it gives you a bit more sense of scale. #4 is the pick for me though.

Very strange looking place indeed.
