Ok, so shakespeare was never my strong-point, but meh  amused me for 15 seconds.
These were taken either with Tamron 90mm or Nikon 55mm macro lenses in my parents garden yesterday. A great place for insect photography. I'll show you some pics of the actual garden one day.
The colours in the last two look somewhat muted.
Anyway, all are nice captures.
First one without a flash?
Like that set. The poetry leaves a wee bit to be desired. Think you should read the works of McGonagle!!
Last one for me... beautiful.
1st one was natural light, yes. I did flash some but the wet skin produces too many bright spots.
Last two were taken later when the light was flatter. The nikon 55mm doesn;'t have the same saturation and punch of the tamron, but is sharper. I quite like the subdued look it gives to things...
Beautiful Railway Bridge of the Silv'ry Tay!
Alas! I am very sorry to say
That ninety lives have been taken away
On the last Sabbath day of 1879,
Which will be remember'd for a very long time.
There was a young man from dundee,
who was stung on the hand by a wasp,
when asked 'Does it Hurt'?
He said, 'no, not much'
it can do it again, if it likes.
:cuckoo:
Think I prefer Gandhi's poetry!!

There was a young man from Australia,
Who's bottom is tattooed like a dahlia
for the colour and size,
It won the first prize,
but the smell was a complete failure!!!

Lovely set of shot Gandhi, I like your bee best. The hoverfly looks like Helophilus trivittatus due to the black back leg, one of the Sunflies. Nice detail in the eye too. ;)

Ok.... I'll bite :D
There was a young man from Peru,
Who dreamed he was eating his shoe,
He awoke in the night,
with a terrible fright,
To find it was perfectly true.
Boom Boom
ok. so we're all better photographers than poets lol.
Thanks for the feedback peeps.
Was attracted to the sort of abstract colour and form of the detail of the eye.
Nice shots, the eye is really well taken.
